For your consideration today is an msr twin peaks tarp in excellent condition. This twin peaks is the older 2003 version with the classic msr “chinchilla grey” color.

This grey tarp is much easier on the eyes than the later bright orange that msr changed it to in 2007 before discontinuing the model. The tarp is in amazing condition and is a perfect example of the fantastic msr quality and workmanship. The tarp weighs 2 pounds even and offers 45 square feet of coverage. The twin peaks can be set up with two trekking poles (not included in the sale) or you can use the 2 loops on the peaks to tie the tent up to trees or a rope line and offer more interior room. There is ample space for 2 people plus some gear inside the tent.

The twin peaks can fit a black diamond betamid bug net to act more like a tent as they are the same measurements. There is a decent sized vent on the back peak and you can open the door from the top to offer more venting. This tarp is very versatile piece of gear that you won’t want to leave at home once you start using it. The twin peaks has the ability to shelter you from any rain, wind, or even snow that you will encounter. It truly can be used very effectively all four seasons. This tent does not have any condition issues, no rips tears or repairs. The zippers are in great working condition.
