I have two of these and the one I’m keeping has been great large enough for me and my three kids for a night. Took my 10yr old and 8yr on a four day trip. Also used it on a 7 day back pack hunting trip in Colorado Rocky Mountains had wind rain and snow but the duel vestibules were great can’t go wrong with this tent and yes this is a bran new tent.
