It is in excellent, barely used condition. I was very particular about its maintenance during the time I’ve owned it. Has not been stored wet, not rolled up (just bunched up in a ventilated stuff sack that is not included, hence the crinkly look to it), cleaned after use, etc. It is in super nice condition. No rips, tears, damage, repairs, none of that stuff. No delamination on the inside of the fly. Has never seen a blizzard, severe thunderstorm, hurricane force winds, etc. All ropes, tie outs, stake loops, screens, zippers, etc, are intact and in excellent condition. 340 7075 aluminum poles in their original stuff sack, with original pole repair section. 16 aluminum stakes (never seen soil or a rock/hammer) are marked “The North Face 7075-T6″ and have their original stuff sack. Has excellent condition, correct (for the pole style of the tent) original North Face footprint in mesh stuff sack. Even has the two foam pads that can be attached to the side of the tent to help keep the fly away from the tent to keep rain, snow, ice from accumulating. Here are the two “bad” things about this tent: 1 The original tent stuff sack has some typical light wear and minor holes. 2 The one (and only) “window” in the fly shows the typical age related fogging even though the material is still flexible and not torn. That’s it, those are the “bad” things about this tent.
