The eldorado is 221 centimeters (87 in) long for bigger bodies or more gear. The canopy is built with waterproof and breathable toddtex, the bathtub floor is polyurethane-laminated nylon and all the seams are factory taped. Its single end-door utilizes hybrid single-wall construction with a no-see-um mesh panel that gives an open-air feeling in nice weather. With two equal-size aluminum poles that fit inside, itâs easy to pitch from inside and on narrow ledges. Excellent shelter for alpine climbing and wilderness travel. For sale from my tent collection is a lightly used. No odors, tears, delamination or stains. Meticulously cared for, it’s always been used with a piece of tyvek under it (included) to protect the floor. When not being used, it’s been stowed in a large cotton sack in a dry storage area. All the pictures, including the two field shots, are of this actual tent taken by me.
Included is all the original literature, stuff sacks, stakes, poles, and tyvek footprint. The tents seams have been carefully sealed. I’m not going to bore you with all the spec’s, those can be found with any web search. Suffice to say, this tent is bomber. It’s kept me dry and safe in hard rain, snow, and strong winds.
