Used marmot nyx2 tent three season. This very roomy tent has been used but not abused still in great condition, no rips, tears, holes, never packed wet no musty odors & does not leak. But it has been used, may have dirt, sap, small stains and may need to be cleaned. Windowed vestibule is a nice way to watch starts, or to watch it rain. We have used it in down pours lasting hours and no one drop came in, we have stayed in it for hours as it rained and not one drop came in, spacious with plenty of room for packs, boots, and at times even to cook. (with a very small stove). Comes complete with original tent, stacks, guy lines, rain fly, foot print, gear loft. Pole repair kit, tent, rain fly repair patches, & stuff sack.
Dimensions floor area: 33 sq ft (3 sq m). Vestibule area: 8 sq ft (0.7 sq m). Peak height: 42 (107 cm).

The tent model is “room with a view”. The tent is in excellent condition! No rips, stains or tears at all.
Used less than 5 times. Comes with all the bags, stakes aluminum pole and unopened tube of seam sealer seen in the pictures.
The tent is very light weight with the perfect amount of mesh panels for using the tent without the rain fly. Online reviews say this tent can survive the worst rain and wind storms with no problem.
I’ve only used it on grassy surface summer campouts, so i haven’t tested it in extreme conditions myself.
