Such a great and light tent but I needed a bigger one and upgraded. Its light enough to use for a spacious 1 person tent. It does not include footprint but fits generic UL ones on amazon or from Big Agnes. Does not include stakes. Perfect condition used on two trips last summer. 2014 REI Kingdom 6 Tent. God used condition 8/10. Rainfly has been patched inside with clear Tenacious tape because of some peeling(see last pics).
