Big Agnes Copper Spur HV UL 2. Top rated backpacking tent on Outdoorgearlab. Just bought this one month ago and used it for only 1 night camping, and then we decided tent camping wasn’t for us. We were extremely careful with it as we weren’t sure we wanted it – we took great care of it. It’s basically new. There was a small tear in the carrying case, which I just repaired with a piece of gear aid tape (see picures for both original tear and repair). So, you’re getting this tent etc. The Big Agnes Copper Spur HV UL2 tent just got better with new features inside and out, materials that are stronger and lighter, and hardware that makes setting up even easier. Awning-style vestibules expand covered living space, which is great for both drizzle and sun protection. 3D bin “mezzanine” in the foot provides massive, off-the-floor storage; oversized ceiling pocket in the head; media pockets provide earbud cord-routing. Tent corner construction with TipLok Tent Buckle design streamlines and combines 3 functions: secure pole-tip capture, rainfly attachment and tensioner, and stake-out loop. TipLok buckles have a keyed hole to securely lock pole tip in place during setup; hinged design stabilizes structure by equalizing forces between tent body, rainfly and stake. Start 2021 with a new tent! This is a 2017 edition tent. This tent is is really good shape- it was sparingly used as I got a UL3 instead for a little more space. The only issue is a small tear (pictured with a guitar pick for scale) that has been repaired. The area is under the fly, so water wouldnt get to it. The tent performs exactly as it should. BIG AGNES Copper Spur HV UL1. Color is olive green – the more stealth color. This tent has been used for one night. It is in very good condition and shows very, very minor dirt and/or smudge from one day use. It appears almost as a brand new tent except for the fact that one of the 2 door zippers has been repaired at both ends. Please see photos numbers three through eight for details of the screen door zipper at each end. The tent still functions almost as a brand new tent, and the zipper closes just about all the way. The zipper closes to within 3/8 of where it meets the second zipper on the screen door – see blue arrows in photos. There is a thin orange storm flap under the zipper to somewhat cover the small 3/8 inch opening. I encourage you to really look at the detailed photos to fully appreciate the good functionality of this tent screen door. T he screen repair at the other end of the door (green arrows in photos) is very effective and does not affect the functionality of the tent. The rainfly door and the remainder of the tent body and the rain fly and poles and stakes are in like new condition. Also includes a non-matching Big Agnes tent stuff sack and bags for the stakes and poles as shown in the last photo. Large dual zipper doors and steep wall architecture make backcountry trips with a smelly partner – or three – more comfortable than you may have thought possible. Our proprietary patterned double rip-stop nylon fabric is incredibly durable, to stand up to your biggest adventures. Fly and floor are silicone treated proprietary patterned random rip-stop nylon with 1200mm waterproof polyurethane coating. Fly and floor feature a unique weave made with a high.
