Cabela’s Alaskanak 12 X12Ultimate Outfitter Tent. Condition is used in like newcondition! Appears to have only been set up a time or two! Could use a light cleaning on the inside floor! This tent was unboxed laid out and inspected and partially set up! All seams, zippers, windows, stove Jack etc were carefully inspected! I did reinforce the center where the center pole goes because this can be a problem area from our experience in dealing with so many so nowadays we just go ahead and reinforce them whether they need it or not that way the customer won’t have to deal with it! This particular tent is practically new! I glue it first then I restitched it with a tool called a Speedy Stitcher. The glue I use is a product called Tear Mender or liquid stitch which glues fabric and stitching together plus it seals and waterproof the fabric and stitching! P I use a marine grade thread for extreme outdoor use. You can check the Speedy Stitcher out on UTube if you wish. I think every Outdoors person needs one of these on hand! After inspection the stakes, guylines and poles are counted to be sure all are included except for the tent repair kit! I also make sure the owners manual is included! I Did open and inspect it very carefully! These are the ultimate awesome tent for extended stays in the Outdoors! Footprint is 12 ft long x 12 wide! Sports all the room of a wall tent with 4 ft high walls! Central high is 9 ft 6 in! Extra tall 4 foot side walls! Very generous footprint which sleeps 6 comfortably!
