I bought this tent new and only used it one time. It is in excellent condition! The bag has a few marks on the bottom. The tent may be a little dirty but it was only used for 1 night with a tarp put on the ground first and then packed away. I just dont use it. Base measures 90″×90″ with 30″ x 60″ overhangs on 2 sides. See pics for further details.
