Brand new in the means that it’s never been slept in. It has been set up a couple times, but never slept in. 100% perfect condition and clean as a whistle, except, one 1/2 cut in the vestibule area that was caused by a stock boy opening a box with a box cutter. I have fully patched the little cut using all clear materials (see last picture), and you can’t see the mend job unless you are hunting for it. She’s 100% ready for your winter excursions. Comes with factory fresh MSR GroundHog stakes that have never been used, and the guy lines are still wrapped up just as they came from the factory. They have never been used either. Pole splint, paper work, everything included just as you would receive it from Cascade Designs themselves. She’s a beast and a TRUE 2p tent with 30 square feet of floor space, a large vestibule space, and a peak height of 41. Plenty of room for 2 people to not only sleep in, but actually move around in as well. And all this under 5 pounds! You WILL get it fast. Up for sale is my MSR Dragontail tent. Tent fabric is in great condition. No holes, patches, etc. Tent stakes are beat up from removing from frozen ground, but still perfectly functional. Tent poles are also in great condition; 2 are perfect, 1 has a segment that has a very slight bend, but nothing that affects tent structure or setup. This is the newer version of the Dragontail that has zippers for the top vents and guy line attachments on the top (trust me, this is the style you want when it’s snowing and blowing).
