Uncleaned, as found, in very nice overall used condition with no rips, holes or tears. Normal wear from use and age. Clean in general and looks to have only been used a couple of times. No stakes were found or included. DAC Featherlite aluminum poles and shock cord are in excellent shape. Taped seams are dry from age. Everything shown weighs 4 lbs 11 oz.
