Total area: 7’2 (tall) x 11′ (long) x 13.5′ (wide). Ceiling height: 7’2″ to 5’4″ at lowest height. Sleeping space: 6’9″ x 13’6″. No rips or tears or bent polls. The bag bottom has some tiny holes due to polls friction to the bag. This tent has a huge walk in area for bag storage and 2 rooms for sleeping that can be opened together to make one large. This tent has steel polls which means it’s not light. Probably 45 pounds and a half. But the construction is very good. This tent will last forever if taken care of. Comes with assembly instructions, tent polls and tent bag. Please carefully review all photos for condition and details.
