It is so easy to put up easy to take down it takes me less than five minutes each time and I can do it myself with no help. For calm summer days only. I selected this tent for its size, but 9×10, I dont know. I have the rubber shop flooring the fits together like a puzzle at 8 feet to the depth of the tent floor. Watch out for the “screen room” idea. Imho there are too many fly screen windows. There are zip covers for the side panels. But, two roof panels (2 of 4) are fly net only. Without the rain fly, 1/2 of your roof is open to the sun, wind and rain. To cut the windy draft, I hand to drape a large blanket over the roof. Over the fly net that is protected by the rain fly. I can see getting three twin air beds in this tent. And have room for stuff. Other than that, the tent is of good material and construction. I would say this is a one season tent. This tent did stay really dark but it did get hot even with all the windows open and the sun beating down on it (but what tent wouldn’t get hot during the summer). It did an okay job at keeping water out, at the corners there was some pooling but it rained a lot so i figured that would happen. It stayed up even when it was really windy. You also need two people to put this tent up. The tent has plenty of room for a queen air mattress and your belongings so that was really nice especially since i still had room to change in my tent as well. Easy setup and easy take down. Not as dark as portrayed in pictures. Fabulous tent for our family of 4. We absolutely love this tent! We downsized from our big family tent, as our kids are slowly leaving the nest. It very comfortably sleeps our family of 4, with room for our packs and shoes. We could’ve fit a 5th person in but not 6 – unless you’re talking about 2 adults and 4 young kids. The dark panel inside really keeps the heat out. Lets you sleep in a little. This is a FANTASTIC tent! Lots of room and yes, it blacks out light! Was easy to put up and take down.
