Sears Hillary 9×11 5-person canvas tent. Very good condition for being 40+ years in age. Just needs to be aired out a bit after being in storage. Look at the photos to see condition of the tent, including the inside, roof, and walls. All of the loops and string ties are intact. Will include part of the original box. One small damaged area in floor (see pic near marker) and one corner had sealant added. Overall, very nice condition. All of the windows can be zipped up or down. The zippers work perfectly. There are a few 5? Small snags in various parts of the screens, one very small pin hole in the top, a small hole in the bottom, some of the heavy duty stakes are bent, and some mold spots in the top. Comes with very good condition floor tarp, a never used detachable awning with poles and rope. The tent bag and the pole bag show wear.

BEST QUALITY CANVAS: Our unique polyester tent material is an 11 oz canvas with a breaking strength of 449 lbs (warp direction) and 382 lbs (fill direction), making it significantly tougher than traditional canvas. The tear strength is 67 lbs (warp) and 40 lbs (fill); this is roughly double that of the Sunforger canvas material used by other tent companies. HIGHLY DURABLE AND WATERPROOF: Higher break and tear strength than the other materials available. More resistant to ultraviolet rays, will outlast cotton canvas and does not shrink like cotton. Our tent does not absorb water like cotton since it is made from a waterproof fabric and is seams sealed. It also doesn’t require a rainfly. REINFORCED CORNERS: Anywhere the tent comes in contact with the poles there is at least two layers of canvas. The four main corners have velcro and tie shut. The velcro corners help eliminate the issue of the corners ripping while taking the tent on and off the frame. SLEEPING CAPACITY: If you’re an outfitter guiding in hunters and each one of them has their own cot and needs some elbow room : 8 people can sleep inside the tent (with wood stove) and 10 people can sleep inside the tent (with no wood stove). However, If you are on a boy scout or family trip and everyone can cozy up tight, you will find you can fit a few more people into your canvas tent. SETUP: Helpful to have two people to pitch the tent. This large outdoor tent is perfectly suited for hunting, family tents for camping, glamping and even just living in a tent – Your home away from home! POLES: These are NOT included.
