Includes a hinged door, room divider for privacy, and the WeatherTec system for keeping the interior dry. This is a 3-season tent and has a rainfly and carry bag included. The zipper on the tent is not working and will need to be repaired or replaced. Tent is in very good condition and was never put away wet- so no musty odors or mold. Smoke-free & pet-free home.
