Beloved Mountaineering tent, used but never abused. No known rips in tent or sleeves with the possible (it’s been a while since set up): small hole in screen (from son’s finger), sewed together, and a grommet repair on footing. Comes with ORIGINAL footprint. Also with FLY, STAKES. Comes with TNF stuff sack (but not original stuff sack). You will not be disappointed. This famous design remains the coolest tent made. A stand-by at base camps the world over. I bought new in the mid 90s. Always stored in doors, dry, and aired out. North face himalayan hotel four man four season tent in used condition. 96″ x 96″ height is 58. There’s a very small hole on one side of the tent which is very tight and does not leak. It can be easily repaired if so desired. Missing a 24 inch pole for the vestibule. Comes with northface stuff sack, poles, bag and vestibule but no stakes. No other holes, tears or issues besides a thin membrane on the inside floor which is peeling up but strictly cosmetic. The floor and the rest of the tent is completely waterproof. Google search the specs and reviews if you’d like more info.
