It is in excellent conditions, looks great. The tent was taken out of the bag and assembled to ensure that it did not have any imperfections, and that it was complete. The tent is missing the top hook, where it hangs from the pole. It looks like if it fell off, because it is unstitched from that part. We do not think that the hook is essential, as it still holds up firmly, and the rainfly still goes over. Everything is good, ready to be used upon arrival. Please look at the pictures. You will receive the product in the exact conditions shown. We tried our best to fold the tent back as best as possible, however we are not perfect. The tent is not staked down in the photos where we inspected it. That is why it looks a bit wrinkled and dragging. Once staked, the tent will look like the first photos. The Sanctum hails from what many consider to be Marmot’s height, when they were making top-shelf expedition equipment. The tents from this era have the signature gold fly and gold/purple canopy. These are comparable with North Face Mountain 24 and VE 25 and Mountain Hardwear Trangos of the same era (early 2000′s). The Sanctum was the most compact, simple, and stable of the lineup, with an integrated vestibule, peak ventilation on both the fly and inner canopy, plenty of storage pocket options, double doors, etc. The 4 pole construction makes the tent a bombshelter when guyed out for weather. 50mph winds, no problem. Heavy snowloads, just another day in the mountains. This tent was made for it. The peak height is a generous 44 inches and the floorspace is over 40 square feet. It feels roomy with plenty of headroom. Ample for two and possible for three. The condition of the fly is excellent with all guy out points and zippers in great shape and the seam tape fully intact. The inner canopy is in excellent condition (ripstop nylon and netting above) and good condition (below; coated nylon bathtub floor) with all inner and outer zippers working well. The seam tape on the floor is just beginning to flake in a few places but is still functional, and the floor has slight tackiness and the regular soiling from use on the outside. Poles are excellent with shock cord still springy. The tent comes with 13 MSR groundhog stakes and 6 snow stakes.
