No rips holes or tears. It has never been seam sealed and has never needed it. After each trip I hose it down and dry it thoroughly. Because of the sticky silicone impregnated fabric not all bits of dirt come off without actually scrubbing it to death which is something I dont bother with because it means nothing in terms of performance. Included is the Akto Footprint, 10 Hilleberg Stakes and Pole bag with extra section of pole for possible field repairs. Tentsile Stingray 3 Person Tree Tent. This New Tent is a store return. It has been set up one time. Tent is comprised of 3 spacious hammocks accessed via a triangular floor hatch or large front door; a full mesh top allows for views and ventilation. 2 poles create ample headroom. 3 included heavy-duty straps with ratchet buckles let you tension and suspend the Singray from 3 trees of at least 10 in. In diameter, at about 4 ft. Tent can also be pitched on the ground in dry weather. Sleeps 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children, plus some gear. Rainfly attaches snugly in inclement weather. Covered “dry porch” area under the tent to keep shoes, bags, dogs and bicycles out of the rain. Maximum load weight of occupants and gear when suspended is 880 lbs. Includes tent, poles, removable flysheet, lightweight durable bag, 3 ratchet buckles with 3 straps and an instruction manual. Floor is green on all tents.
