New 2017 dual-stake vestibules are 46% larger, easily sheltering all your gear from the elements. Vertical sidewalls create spacious elbow room and provide a no-drip entryway. Three of the blue pole segments are factory pre-curved to allow for more volume in the tent, making a sturdy and livable interior tent space. 15-denier ripstop nylon in the fly minimizes weight while retaining strength; floor and canopy utilize a lightweight and robust 20-denier ripstop nylon. 2 large doors on fly and tent body are positioned to make getting in and out quickly and can be hung out of the way when unzipped. REI Quarter Dome 1 Ultralight UL 1P Tent Backpacking Hiking Bike Touring Camping

I have this amazing super lightweight tent for sale. It’s a wonderful tent, but I picked up a Big Agnes Copper Spur HV UL1 and it is slightlier roomier so I’m going with that. It’s also a lot more expensive… I’ve used this tent for backpacking and bike touring (photos are from summer 2016 and 17) – it’s incredibly easy to set up, roomy on the inside for a UL1, very liveable. And of course it is very, very, very light and small. It’s completely watertight – I never had a leak. No holes, stains, mold, rips, tears, nothing. It does have silver REI garage sale markings on it but I have found no defects whatsoever. I’d still be using it if I didn’t have the BA. This high-quality tent has only been used 4 nights. This is in great condition. This tent shows virtually no signs of wear except at the head of the tent body on the gray panel there are two pin holes. They have been double patched with tenacious tape tent repair patches. Please see photo numbers six and seven for the detail of the two very small orange patches. This does not affect the function of the tent because The fly covers the tent body and each of the 2 pin holes have been double patched. The holes are so small that the patchs are only the size of a quarter. That is more than big enough to cover the pinhole. The tent poles and the stakes are all in very good condition. The poles have developed a slight curve to them from the use of four nights. But they are strong and sturdy and firmly support the tent. The tent is pretty clean and has never been wet. There are a couple of dirt spots and smudges on the floor an webbed tabs. One of the pole segments has been slightly scratched and it has a silver appearance instead of the orange on one edge. Please see photo of the poles in photo number five. The entire Tent functions as a new tent. The original tent storage bag is not included. There is a non-matching storage bag that is included.
