This tent is in great condition. All pictures except the outside one were taken on 10/30/18. The bottom shows some slight wear (basically just some slight discoloration on the side that faces the ground) but there are 0 holes or issues with this tent when it comes to protection from rain/water in both the main part and the rainfly. There are 3 small holes in the screen part of one of the doors that I have pointed out in one of the pictures. There are no other issues with the tent and that could be easily patched with a small patch if this was a worry for you. And getting rid of it. The tent body is olive green and the rain fly is white/grey. The tent has only been used on one overnight trip and was used with the included footprint. The mesh has one very small hole (shown in picture #5), but otherwise everything is in perfect shape. Please let me know if you have any questions. This is a very new looking tent. The tent is very clean. This tent has never been wet. It smells like a new tent. It has never been set up outside for more than 10 minutes. One time for 10 minutes was for the purpose of taking these photos. It was also used for a photo shoot and set up inside one time. This was done at the Big Agnes factory and the tent was inspected to make sure it was in great condition for use. This is an great tent that will serve you well for years. Please see photos number is 5, 6 and seven – showing details of this one imperfection of the tent. If you look closely, you will see that the patched area is actually under the rain flap. So when the tent rain fly is closed – the double patch is actually under the rain flap. I have shown pictures with the flap actually folded back so you can see the patch. 6 x 18 inches. There are 8 stakes included as shown in the photo. Used for 9 days. There is some minor dirt from nine days use. There are 3 holes in the screen of the body. All three of the holes have been double patched with tenacious tape tent repair tape or Tenacious tape screen repair patch. The rain fly is in fantastic condition and covers the entire screen portion of the body. This tent still functions fantastic. Please see photos number six and seven and 8 for the 3 screen repairs. The main tent storage bag is not included. The pole storage bag and the stake storage are included. Eight stakes and all other items are included for the tent to be ready to set up out-of-the-box. I wrote the number four on the side of the bag. There is also some slight staining or color fade on the gray panel of the fly. There is also a 1 inch rip in the screen door of the tent body. It is very small and has been double patched with tenacious tape clear tent repair tape. See photo number seven for a close-up. The rip is approximately the size of a penny.
