This tent is in excellent shape. It was sent to Big Agnes for inspection with no issues. It was only used on 1 trip. You are getting a very high quality tent in great condition. Please see photos number is 5, 6 and seven – showing details of this one imperfection of the tent. If you look closely, you will see that the patched area is actually under the rain flap. So when the tent rain fly is closed – the double patch is actually under the rain flap. I have shown pictures with the flap actually folded back so you can see the patch. 6 x 18 inches. The tent is very clean, but in just that one days use – the footprint has some of the red dust on it that is common in Moab. Although, the tent is very clean, so the footprint did its job. I tried to capture this in photo number seven. Although it is difficult to see on these online photos. Primarily because some people would not even notice it in person. Such a great and light tent but I needed a bigger one and upgraded. Its light enough to use for a spacious 1 person tent. It does not include footprint but fits generic UL ones on amazon or from Big Agnes. Does not include stakes. Perfect condition used on two trips last summer.
