Vintage Coleman Oasis 13′ x 9′ canvas cabin tent Model 8438A839 Complete

You are looking at a pre-owned classic Coleman canvas Oasis cabin tent that is 13′ x 9′. All the poles are there and the tips and connectors intact. All the zippers work fine and I find no rips or holes. However, the stitching between the screen door and the zipper backing has come loose as shown in a couple of the pictures. The screen is not ripped, it just needs to be resewn to the zipper backing. It has 3 triangle shaped windows that have working zippers and good screen. Even the original Coleman plastic tag is still attached to the zipper pull. The exterior has some dirt, which is to be expected for a used tent, but I see, nor smell, any signs of mildew. The tent and poles will come in the bags shown in the last picture. I camp in a Coleman Vagabond canvas tent and it is the best!!! The vertical walls provide much more room inside, plus it is warmer at night and looks cool. People often comment on mine. This one is just too big for me. Thank you for looking. Vintage The North Face Ring Oval Intention

The North Face Ring, Oval Intention. Offering for sale – A well used yet still very functional and lovely Ring Oval Intention. Introduced in 1975 and considered to be the first geodesic back packing tent. In 2 years time, the rings were replaced with pole sleeves and the tent became known as……… The Pole Sleeve Oval Intention. 3 person, 4 season double wall elongated geodesic dome. Weight is about 10 pounds. Condition From Its Use. The lower exterior sidewalls upward to the fly are weather faded and have well set “splash up” dirt stains. The colors of the canopy beneath the rainfly are still fairly bright and unfaded as may be seen in the photographs. The polyurethane coating on the interior floor and sidewalls has intermittently cracked and peeled throughout but what remains seems stable and can’t be scraped off with a fingernail. This residual coating is not sticky and there is no mold, mildew or old tent odor. It is clean and arguably because the remaining polyurethane is stable and there is no mildew odor, the floor is ready to be recoated and seam sealed. Otherwise, the tent could be used with a waterproof ground sheet within when conditions are wetter. The fly waterproofing has withstood time and use much better. It is largely intact and unpeeled but definitely weakened and may need a recoat or at the least an application of DWR. The rainfly coating is not sticky. I washed the tent in Woolite and did not notice any further delamination or coating residue in the water. There is (1) 1″x2″ nylon patch on the interior floor. 2 pole rings have been replaced. The no-see-em netting on the windows and door is in good shape. I do not see any damage. An entire replacement pole set has been provided by The North Face and used for 1 night. SUPER CLEAN – LOOKS LIKE IT WAS USED A COUPLE OF TIMES – THEN PACKED AWAY. NO DRY ROT, MOLD OR SMELLS. ALL ZIPPERS WORK PERFECTLY – THERE IS A REPAIR TO THE BOTTOM ZIPPER AT THE DOOR – SEE PHOTOS. RED TIES ARE ALL PRESENT AND LOOK NEW. ALL SCREENS ARE NICE – NO HOLES, TEARS OR SNAGS. POLES ARE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION – SOME STILL HAVE THE COLEMAN LOGO AND THE PLACEMENT LOCATION STAMP VISIBLE. The North Face Base Camp Vintage Alp Sport, 2 Person +, 4 Season Pyramid Tent

Offering for sale a very solid Alp Sport classic pyramid tent with a rectangular floor plan. Interior center pole design that is roomy for 2 adults sleeping head and feet to the doors and gear. 3 persons if you remove the center pole and suspend from a tree branch. Double wall design. Interior 1.9 ounce breathable ripstop nylon canopy and heavy duty nylon duck, pack cloth floor. Urethane coated nylon taffeta outer rain fly. The fly appears to be a replacement as it looks only slightly used. Front zippered triangular and rear snow tunnel entrances backed with bug netting. Tunnel vent above the tunnel entrance. The zipper is #10 YKK tooth type. 83″ wide X 93″ long. Sheds snow very well. Approximate weight is 7.5 pounds without pegs. Condition – This is a used vintage tent that is in overall good condition. It has been thoroughly cleaned and inspected. There are some usage stains here and there but all have been additionally spot treated and in my view what remains is set and not coming off. There are no tears or seam stitching needing to be repaired. The entire tent has been treated with Mcnett Mirazyme Odor Eliminator to remove the “old tent odor”. The polyurethane floor and sidewall coating is mostly there but is beginning to separate and has small flaked spots in places. It is not sticky. My present thinking is to leave it be and use a waterproof ground sheet within for very wet conditions. The condition of the rain fly is excellent. The tent can be viewed in Estes Park, Colorado. The original stuff sack is included however t ent pegs are not. The original owner chose not to seam seal. I will seal all floor and fly seams with McNett Seam Grip upon your request. Double-coated vinyl floor, green canvas walls with lapped and double stitched seams, 2 zippered screen doors, 2 large windows with zippered flaps, aluminum telescoping poles. Between the canvas, doors and screen windows, ventilation is outstanding. Easy set up and take down. Perfect for all kinds of camping or glamping! The overall condition of this tent is good.
