MOUNTAIN HARDWEAR Twin Arch 2 Backpacking Camping Tent W/ Rainfly Vestibule. Uncleaned as found in excellent overall used condition with no foul smells, sticky material, rips, holes or tears. Very clean in general and doesn’t look as if it was ever used and in great shape. 7 aluminum stakes also included. Different stakes were used to preserve the integrity of the original stakes. The tent measures about 7′ in length and 3.5′ – 4′ wide and 44 in height. Everything shown weighs 5 lbs 4 oz. The photos were taken by myself and represent the ACTUAL item(s) for sale. Pre-owned and vintage items will have wear and signs of age. Please view the pictures closely and use photos for condition and description. Please DON’T ASSUME something comes with it. Mountain HardWear Casa 6 Base Camping Tent 6 person Large Tent w Fly & Papers

This was used once and is in great condition. No holes, rips, tears or repairs. Easy and quick to set up with the shockcorded poles and clip design. Large and ample rainfly if needed that has a large front vestibule with a window as well. The tent has lots of screen for ultimate star gazing. 2 Large front doors. Floor area is 76 square feet and easily will sleep six people. I measure approx 92 x 112. Comes with its 12 stakes 2 of which are a bit mismatched and guylines. Has all its original paperwork and manual. The brochure states: Base Camp in Comfort. Tall Vertical entry with 6′ at the door. Quick pitch as this is a free standing tent. This tent is quite clean with no weird smells. Inside is super clean. There may be just a bit of dirt on the outside floor but not much by any means. The brochure states the weight at 11 lbs, 10 ozs and the size packed at 28 x 7″ although I weigh it at 13 pounds 8 ozs or so and measure it at 32 x 8 x 8″. Original tag states the color as : Bluefin Thon Rouge. Outside stuff sack shows signs of storage use but is fine and also has original owners name written on the outside of the sack. Super nice base camp tent by one of the greats.. I offer this as found and as shown and have done my best to describe it. PHOTOS OF TENT FULLY ASSEMBLED ARE FROM WEBSITE. DESCRIPTION TAKEN FROM WEBSITE. Waypoint 2 uses a single hooped center pole and an optional rear strut for weight reduction. Hybrid, single-wall design uses advanced welding technology to permanently attach rainfly to floor. These features combined with patent-pending CrossFlow design creates lighter tents that are comfortable through a wide range of conditions. CrossFlow design creates a very active ventilation pattern, keeping the tent cooler and extracting moist air before condensation can occur. Wide, 360° mesh perimeter floor venting allows free flow of air from all directions, while three upper vents serve to draw air out. Single-wall rainfly extends over mesh perimeter for full protection and is welded to maintain waterproofness. Vents are also welded to preserve the waterproof integrity of the tent. Superlight nylon ripstop rainfly/canopy has outer silicone coating for added strength and water repellency, and less stretch in wet conditions. Polyurethane inner coating provides waterproofness and durability. Superlight 2000 nylon taffeta floor has a lightweight polyether urethane coating for durability and waterproofness; seams are taped. New Atlas 7001 poles use Atlas connectors for corrosion- and dent-resistance, plus they’re completely field serviceable. Atlas Floating pole connectors mean poles flex with less stress at the joints, weigh less with more strength, and can be fixed without tools. Two side doors provide convenient access; clear UVX film ceiling window lets in light and views. Inverted double rainfly zippers allow ease of ventilation and feature laminated zipper flaps for water resistance. Large mesh pockets and webbing hang loops keep things organized inside. Large stake out loops accept both skis and snow pickets. Bar-tacked stress points add strength and durability; bias-bound zippers allow ease of use and extended zipper life. Comes with stuff sacks, aluminum Y-pegs, Seam Grip® and owner’s manual. Average minimum weight specification is based on tent, rainfly and poles only. Please note: The CrossFlow design does have its limits and may not be appropriate for every user or all conditions. Moisture will condense on the interior in some hot muggy conditions or when there is little to no wind to assist the venting. Whenever possible all the vents should be left open. It is important to keep sleeping bags and other gear from blocking the perimeter vent to maintain maximum ventilation. With that said, Single-walled CrossFlow tents can be lighter, more compact, quicker to set up and cooler in summer heat.
