Condition of both the tent and fly are near perfect. No stickiness and they do not stink. All zippers and pulls work great. Mesh windows and gear loft are in perfect shape. Never any wet animals or boots in the tent and we did not cook or eat inside it. All wet gear was kept in vestibule and tent was always dried completely before packing it away. Tent has been kept for the last year in a run away from UV in a temperature controlled closet. I take very good care of my gear. Tent poles and stakes show normal wear and aren’t beat up. Both are still perfectly useable without any repair or cleaning needed and cording in tent poles is not stretched and is very clean. This tent is bombproof. Plenty more adventuring left in her.
