This tent is in great condition. All pictures except the outside one were taken on 10/30/18. The bottom shows some slight wear (basically just some slight discoloration on the side that faces the ground) but there are 0 holes or issues with this tent when it comes to protection from rain/water in both the main part and the rainfly. There are 3 small holes in the screen part of one of the doors that I have pointed out in one of the pictures. There are no other issues with the tent and that could be easily patched with a small patch if this was a worry for you. And getting rid of it.
