Rain Fly was re-waterproofed and seam seal applied because seams began to flake. Still evidence of flaking along fly seams but has been repaired. Comes with brand new MSR NX-1 Foot Print (does not fit this tent perfectly). (specifications from the current model, actual model is older). With a minimum trail weight of just 3 lbs. This tent is an ultra-livable 3-season shelter for 2 backpackers. It packs down small thanks to a compact compression sack. This tent is in great condition. All pictures except the outside one were taken on 10/30/18. The bottom shows some slight wear (basically just some slight discoloration on the side that faces the ground) but there are 0 holes or issues with this tent when it comes to protection from rain/water in both the main part and the rainfly. There are 3 small holes in the screen part of one of the doors that I have pointed out in one of the pictures. There are no other issues with the tent and that could be easily patched with a small patch if this was a worry for you. And getting rid of it. It was appropriately used and meticulously maintained, never abused, and has no rips, tears, or permanent stains. All additional pieces shown are also in great shape. The only aspect that honestly appears used is the largest red bag used to stow the tent & DAC poles. The fly is also in excellent shape. All zippers on the tent and fly work as brand new. Extremely light, silicone-treated ripstop nylon rainfly and floor feature a waterproof polyurethane coating. All seams are sealed with waterproof, solvent-free polyurethane tape. Reflective guylines and webbing on tent corners enhance nighttime visibility. Interior mesh pockets keep your gear organized and off the tent floor; built-in loops accommodate a gear loft (not included). Includes stuff sacks and 8 superlight aluminum J-stakes. There are 8 stakes included as shown in the photo. Used for 9 days. There is some minor dirt from nine days use. There are 3 holes in the screen of the body. All three of the holes have been double patched with tenacious tape tent repair tape or Tenacious tape screen repair patch. The rain fly is in fantastic condition and covers the entire screen portion of the body. This tent still functions fantastic. Please see photos number six and seven and 8 for the 3 screen repairs. The main tent storage bag is not included. The pole storage bag and the stake storage are included. Eight stakes and all other items are included for the tent to be ready to set up out-of-the-box.
