Msr hubba hubba 2 person, 3 season tent with footprint. I’ve used this tent lightly for the past three seasons. The tent fabrics, poles and shock cords, and zippers are in good condition. While in storage, the seam seals on the rain fly started flaking off (see photos) and the fly is tacky. The seams might need to be re-sealed or the rain fly replaced.

Msr Mountain Safety Research Hubba Tent 1 Person
This is a lightweight solo tent. Can be set up utilizing just the fly and pole for great ventilation but protection from the rain. Tent looks like the older model but fly looks like new. Did you get a new fly? Not sure how old the tent is.
The material of the rain fly and bags became sticky a couple of years ago. Cascade design, which markets the msr product line realized this defect and replaced the rain fly and three bags. I received the fly less than 6 months ago and the bags last week. Still the tent has about 10 nights out.
