It has been used twice and is in 9.5 out of 10 conditions. The fly has been treated with a UV protectant to extend the life of it, I do this on all my tents using the Nikwax treatment. The tent is in like new condition with no issues. Here are the details. The Big Agnes Copper Spur UL 2 Classic Tent is a solid tent in the backpacking world. A fairly recent example of a Dutch pyramid tent in outstanding condition. The tent fabric has only a very few light marks on it and looks superb. The awning is new and has not been used before. The front of the tent is a very modern grey colour while the zips are a funky sort of crimson red. The height of the king pole is 2.3 metres and the front is 1.85 metres high. The tent is 2.8 metres wide by 3.5 metres deep, plus the awning which provides an additional 1.2 metres of depth. The groundsheet is sewn-in so the inside should remain insect and rain free. There are vents with mosquito mesh above the front windows which can be left open for air at night. Laminated erection instructions are provided and the poles are colour-coded for ease of assembly. All lines and pegs included. This tent would be ideal for a couple or a single parent with one or two children. It is a nice light package and the awning provides useful additional covered space. I should add that the saggy bits in the photos are due to my putting it up in thirty degree heat this afternoon and being too exhausted to tension it all out properly. Tent is old but overall in good condition. Floor looks great with no holes, walls look clean and new with the exception of a few pin holes here and there. The roof is stained and discolored. Mainly just dirt and pole residue and some cooper color stain from probably a waterproof treatment. Tent does not have any bad odors. I did not see any mildew, but there could be a few small spots on the roof. Stitching was little week where the four poles stretch the fabric, so i used some wax string to fortify it a bit. There is an un-patched hole where the T ridge pole come into the 2 small ridge line poles, it does not affect functionality because there is more canvas underneath it. When your inside the hole doesn’t show because of the extra fabric. Roof also has a few pin holes and a patched hole. Screens look great and have no holes. All the zippers work. Not sure if tent is waterproof, I would bet it would leak somewhere, lol. This would be an excellent vintage show tent for fair weather. Poles are all original, except for uprights, but as you can see it comes together nicely. Comes with stakes, but not the chairs. This tent is in great condition. All pictures except the outside one were taken on 10/30/18. The bottom shows some slight wear (basically just some slight discoloration on the side that faces the ground) but there are 0 holes or issues with this tent when it comes to protection from rain/water in both the main part and the rainfly. There are 3 small holes in the screen part of one of the doors that I have pointed out in one of the pictures. There are no other issues with the tent and that could be easily patched with a small patch if this was a worry for you. And getting rid of it. Marmot Swallow 2 Person Camping Tent. Condition: NEW with all parts. Tent has been kept in storage so there is minor wear to the stuff sack. Poles are brand new from Marmot but are not the original poles that came with tent. Comes with: tent, rain fly, poles, stuff sack, manual, repair fabric, stakes, guylines and gear loft in original packaging. Rainfly is slightly sticking from storage, but no delamination is present. Tent was gently setup for photoshoot and then repacked. This is a wonderful tent and I hate to part with it, but I have to at this time. This is a great ventilated tent with zippable windows.
