No rips holes or tears. It has never been seam sealed and has never needed it. After each trip I hose it down and dry it thoroughly. Because of the sticky silicone impregnated fabric not all bits of dirt come off without actually scrubbing it to death which is something I dont bother with because it means nothing in terms of performance.
