Vintage Coleman Holiday Canvas Tent. Good overall condition with only minor flaws. Part of bottom zipper doesnt zip correctly. There is a small area where it has been torn, torn/unstitched on bottom door flap. (See photo) Some canvas repair patch or gear tape should fix that easily and zipper pull may just need to be tightened to grab teeth. The holiday label is peeling. De Waard Albatros Classic Dutch Canvas Tent with Inner Tent. One owner and in beautiful condition. Collected from a very nice couple in Hilversum only this week. We cannot find any marks at all on this tent and there are no signs of fading. All the lines are in excellent condition too. The sewn in groundsheet is perfect. Size – 4.2 metres wide by 4.4 metres deep. 2.5 metres high at the mast and 1.9 at the entrance. The tent benefits from having the optional full-length mosquito door. This can be secured on hot nights in place of the normal left side canvas door, providing improved ventilation. There are also 4 ventilation panels at the rear of the tent, with zipped covers. Vrijbuiter Koekoek 4 Berth Dutch Canvas Tent. Very good condition and offering vast amounts of space with the included awning. This is the first time we have seen one of these. It is a very user-friendly design. The tent is wider at the back than at the front whilst the two inner tents sit either side of the rear living area, itself lit by a rear window. Dimensions 3 metres wide at the front and 6.2 metres wide at the back. 4 metres deep plus a built in canopy 0.85 metres deep. 2.3 metres high at the masts and 1.8 metres high at the entrance. A variable awning offers further sheltered space and can be closed down in bad weather. This is only in the last photograph as I did not see it until I was packing up! One of the joys of these tents is that the front wall is zipped in. It can either be located at the front to provide maximum internal area, such as in bad weather, or it can be zipped into position further into the tent, thus providing a generous awning area for sitting out. In audition to the awning referred to above! The groundsheet is zipped in and covers the entire footprint of the tent. There are two good sized inner tents which flank the living area which itself benefits from a window with blind at the rear. It is highly unusual to come across a pyramid tent with a rear window. We have checked all the zips. There are two hanging storage units with this tent. Needless to say, there is no damage to this tent and no repairs have been carried out. The colour is consistent and I cannot see any fading. There are some small spots of sap and bird droppings. Doubtless some of these would benefit from a good downpour. The tent looks very clean though and the canvas is firm and smells fresh. The poles are all good and straight and we have checked all the lines and ensured a full itinerary of pegs. Laminated erection instructions are provided in English and the poles are colour-coded for ease of assembly. This tent would be ideal for a family. The separate groundsheet and the zipped in front wall allow the tent to be broken down into several packages that are convenient to transport. With the additional awning almost any weather conditions can be catered for. Like a lot of people we camp without inner tents so I did a few measurements. It is worth noting that the areas to the rear left and right of the king poles would each take a double bed 7 feet long by 5 feet wide! Vintage Westfalia Drive Away Tent For Volkswagen Bus. Tent is in very nice condition no rips or holes. There are some Snags in the Screening but no holes big enough to let any insects in. Appears to be complete. I put this together without using the string tie downs but they do come with the tent. This is a rare and hard to find Moss Tents Little Dipper that is no longer made. It is a 3 person 4 season tent w/ a low profile rain-fly made to withstand winds and snow. It has a spacious interior of 54 sq ft and a peak height of 3’9. It has 2 entrances, a large window, a screened skylight, lots of interior storage pockets, as well as a large hooped vestibule. It comes with with the original bag, manual, poles, 18 grounding pegs, bags for the poles and pegs, and a rain-fly. It’s does not come with any tie-downs. This tent has been used and shows some wear, it is still in great working condition as is, but does needs some TLC. As you can see in the pictures there is some discoloration to the rain-fly and to the base. There is a faint musty odor, probably from being stored away not fully dry. There is 1 small 3/4″ tear in the rain fly, 1 small 1″ snag on one of the entrance doors, and a few small (less then quarter size) tears/holes in the screens on both entrances. The elastic cords running through the tent poles are also a bit stretched out and may need to be replaced/repaired for easier use. Also on the corners where the tent poles have stretched the fabric out, there is the beginning of some holes, but all can be fixed and worth it for this tent! VERY RARE Volkswagen VW VANAGON Westfalia Side Tent OEM Excellent Condition 1980-92 Very, very difficult to find this side tent here in the US because these were made exclusively for the European VW market. This one came from a 1986 Vanagon. The woman I bought it from said she bought it with her 1986 VW from a fellow in Arizona about a year ago. She also said that the original owner used it maybe once or twice- she didn’t use it at all. This side tent is in SUPER NICE condition- really quite amazing for a 30+ year old tent! I cannot find any issues with it. Canvas is great- very, very clean with no rips or holes. Vinyl roof and other vinyl/plastic is great with no holes. Honestly, it really looks almost like the day it came from the factory-’almost new’ so to speak. It does not smell musty either. It was in Arizona most of its life, which a big reason why it is so nice. This fits the VW Vanagons like a glove- attaches to the rain gutter. All the original poles/parts are accounted for, except for a few missing wing nuts. I will go to the hardware store and get some replacements. Comes with the original lightweight canvas bag for the tent and heavy orange canvas bag for the poles. Also, will include an additional larger bag that you can put the tent in (not sure if the poles will fit in it also). There is no floor with this side tent. All the parts are labeled with a Sharpie marker to make assembly easier. I don’t have a picture of it assembled, but I have included a picture from the internet of one that is nearly identical (but white instead of brown). This is an original MOSS 19-foot Parawing in excellent condition. Lightly used, a few stains on the storage bags; consistent with occasional use.
